After being stranded with my car broken down in a suburb I don’t live in and after 16 calls to “mobile mechanics” who had all got waitlists of over 2 weeks – not only did Andrew go out of his way to come out to me (when that’s not part of their general service)to see what was going on with my car but he then got us back to Pascoes Mechanical and had it fixed within hours at a very fair price. Chivalry is not dead! Thank you so much again for your help today Andrew! 10/10!!!

A clean workshop. Andrew squeezed me in on Monday. To look at why the brake lights were staying on. Fixed! Looked at a couple of issues that required parts. Quote for repairs. Done. Efficient and work completed efficiently, and the inside of the car was not covered in grease. Have since been back for a service and repairs to the old jalopy, nothing has changed to change my opinion.

6 Star Service is what I received! If you’re looking for an honest independent mechanic who’s got your back then Andrew Pascoe is the man. We broke down on a holiday trip far from home and not only was Pascoe Mechanical’s quote a third less than the dealer service teams, the work came in with charges below the quote. Andrew took time to answer all my questions and gave great advice. He kept me in the loop as things progressed. They even sourced parts lower than I could find anywhere on my own and passed the savings on to me. If you live anywhere near Cleveland- Andrew should be your new go to mechanic. Then you can be the one telling friends that you’ve “got an independent mechanic” that will take care of them.
